Here is another one of my Halloween Graphic 45 miniature projects. This time I used the Olde Curiosity Shoppe collection to make three hardback junk journals. They measure approximately 1″ x 1″ and were really fun to make. For the pages I used little scraps of G45, handmade, and coffee-stained paper. The books also feature stamped and embossed images and a few tiny fussy-cut shapes from the same G45 paper pad.

I find that little projects like this are an excellent way of using up all those little scraps that I could not force myself to throw away. Usually they would be too small to be realistically usable, so I would end up having hundreds of little pieces of paper lying around, waiting for that day when “I will definitely use them”. Now the day has finally come!
I was very pleased with how these books turned out (I do love miniatures!). My cat, Bella, seemed to like them too — although she did try to eat them at one point! Scroll down to see the evidence…
